Park Information

CHECK IN: Check in time for roofed accommodation is from 3.00pm and sites is from 12.00pm. If arriving after hours please arrange this with reception prior.

CHECK OUT: Check out time for sites and roofed accommodation is 10.00am. Should you wish to extend your stay OR request a late checkout, please contact reception before 1o.00am.

OFFICE HOURS: 8am to 8pm. Please try to complete transactions during these hours. Office hours may change.

AFTER HOURS: A 24 hour call button is located at the front of Reception to contact the duty manager in case of emergency or disturbance. Alternatively you call our main line afterhours and select the option to talk to an onsite staff member

EMERGENCY: In case of emergency dial 111  and advise the duty manager of the situation. We are located at 95 Hutt Park Road, Lower Hutt.

In the case of fire or flood please exit to the car park in front of the reception. A 24 hour call phone is also located opposite the reception doors.

ACCOUNTS: Balances must be paid on arrival. No reductions for early departures or late arrivals.

CHILDREN:  There is no charge for children aged under 3 years.

MINIMUM STAYS:  Minimum length of stays may be enforced during peak times, or at the owners / managers discretion.

INTERNET ACCESS: A daily allowance of 5gb per device, per 24 hours from your first login. Extra data can be purchased online or from reception.

SMOKING: Please do not smoke in the doorways or in front of rooms or communal facilities. We want  all our guests to have an enjoyable stay.

VISITORS: ALL visitors MUST report to Reception on arrival and sign in. Visitors must be visiting a guest in the Holiday Park and  are required to leave the Holiday Park by 9pm.

PETS: Unfortunately we have a no pets policy. If you are found to have a pet onsite with out informing staff you may be asked to leave immediately.

BREAKAGES: Please report any damage or breakages, so that we can repair and replace. Please note any damages caused by guests and found upon departure may incur a charge.

FIREWORKS:  Absolutely no fireworks are to be set off in or around the Holiday Park.  Immediate expulsion from the Holiday Park will result if this occurs.

LAUNDRY: We have three large laundries open 24 hours. Washing machines take 3 x $2 coins and dryers are 3 x $2 coin for 50 minutes of drying. Coins are available from Reception. Clothes lines are located near to the laundries.

MESSAGES/MAIL: Please let us know if you are expecting a parcel or mail. Reception staff can get in touch with you when this arrives. We do not deliver messages.

MILK: Upon check in, complimentary milk is provided to all guests in Motels and Self Contained Units. Fresh milk is available for purchase at the reception shop

COFFEE & TEA CONDIMENTS: Coffee and tea are provided in all motels and replenished daily. Self contained units are provided complimentary on arrival and not replenished.

HOUSEKEEPING: All motels are serviced daily from 10.00am onwards. Beds are not made on servicing. All other accommodation will have rubbish bags changed as well as dishcloth and tea towel. A full service will be done on all rooms on day 7. For additional pillows or blankets please see reception.

TELEVISION: All of our motel units have SKY Guest select 50 channels. Our self contained units and kitchen cabins have Freeview. WIFI is unable to be connected to the TVs

IRONING: An iron and ironing board is located in all motel units and the communal laundry facilities.

RECYCLING: Please use the recycling bins provided in your units, Recycling areas are also located around the holiday park.

HAIRDRIER: A hairdryer is supplied in all motel units and also available to use in the communal bathrooms. Hairdryers can also be hired from reception for a $20 refundable bond.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus and Train timetables are available from reception. Up to date transport information and timetables can also be found on www.metlink.org.nz

KEYS: Please remember when departing to leave your keys at the reception desk. If you are leaving before 8.00am, please drop them in the key returns slot at the front of reception. There is a $50.00 charge for lost keys.

CONDUCT: To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behaviour and dress at all times. All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit. No noise between 10pm and 7am.

Any call-outs after hours for noise or unacceptable behaviour within the park will incur a $50 fee to the offending person OR you may be asked to leave. Any credit owing to the guest will be non-refundable.

LOST PROPERTY: Wellington TOP 10 retains lost property for 1 month. Should you need to trace lost property please contact reception.

FIRST AID: For first aid information please contact reception. If an emergency please call 111 first then notify reception. We have a Defibrillator on site. Reception and Emergency services have the code to access this.
